In the context of the project Nano4sports we use sport monitoring technology focused on the athlete's recovery from rowing. This process of recovery recovery process is not the same for everyone. In order to get a complete picture we continue monitoring the athletes outside of the training. Heleen, biomedical engineer at imec the Netherlands explains how this works.
